Italian Desserts...YUM!

Today, I had the privileged of having lunch with a great friend and my husband, and where did we go??? You guessed it..OLIVE GARDEN! :D Now I know, I have an advantage living on the central coast line, but every once in awhile, you just crave something else...

Anyway, I was STARVING when we go there so I chowed down on the soup and the entree but skipped on dessert. Well, sort of, hehe...my buddy ordered the Zeppoli's and my husband ordered his favorite, Tiramisu. I busted out my camera and took the pictures before divulging in on some of their desserts:

Yum! Don't they look delicious! Wow...Love LOVE LOVE all of these :D If you've never tried any of these before, oh you are missing out! The zeppolis remind me of beignets from Louisiana, or actually more from France. But oh my WOW, just so so delicious...and then dipped in the warm chocolate...ooohhh...talk about heaven. And of course, what is an Italian meal without the unofficial Italian dessert, Tiramisu...espresso and rum soaked ladyfinger cookies with the marscapone cheese....oh yummy yummilicious! My mouth waters just describing them and looking at the pictures. Okay, I'm going to go eat now. Delicious!
